Hi, I’m Lesly Morales the heart behind Play Plan Thrive.

My journey began as a Pre-K teacher, where I fell in love with helping children grow through structure, creativity, and meaningful connection. With a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a passion for using art to support child development, I’ve always believed in meeting kids where they are with compassion and creativity.

As I transitioned into the field of behavior analysis and earned my Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis, I continued working closely with children and families. Along the way, I’ve blended evidence-based strategies with warmth, patience, and play to make everyday routines easier and more joyful.
