How It All Started

Hi, I’m Lesly Morales — the heart behind Play Plan Thrive.

Working with children has always been my passion. From the very beginning, I knew I wanted to make a difference; not just in classrooms, but in homes, in communities, and in the hearts of families who just want the best for their kids. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats: Pre-K teacher, behavior therapist, tutor, and now the founder of this little dream-turned-reality.

Play Plan Thrive was born out of a deep desire to help. I wanted to create something that reached beyond therapy sessions or school hours — something that gave parents real tools, real connection, and real hope. I saw the gaps, the overwhelm, the burnout; and I decided to start something myself that could fill in those spaces with structure, creativity, and support.

This isn’t just a business, it’s my way of giving back. I wanted to build a space where families feel seen, where kids feel empowered, and where everyday routines could become opportunities to connect and grow. It started with a love for children, and it continues with a mission to uplift every home we reach.

My Mission and Vision

My mission is to support families and educators with creative, personalized tools that make routines easier, learning more joyful, and behavior support feel doable. I believe every child deserves to feel understood, and every parent deserves to feel empowered. My vision is to build a world where structure meets play, support is accessible, and every family feels confident, connected, and ready to thrive, one playful step at a time.

Behind the Scenes: What’s Coming

There’s so much more on the way at Play Plan Thrive! I’ve started writing fun and honest blog posts about everyday parenting struggles: from tantrums to routines all with simple, practical tips you can use.

I’m also building up content on Instagram and TikTok, sharing real-life advice, behind-the-scenes moments, and playful solutions to common challenges. My goal is to connect with more families virtually and open up coaching sessions for parents who need guidance, support, or just someone to help them troubleshoot.

Everything I create is with the heart of the community in mind to support you, make things feel easier, and help you feel less alone in the process of raising and teaching thriving little humans.
