The Sock Saga

Putting on socks shouldn't feel like a wrestling match....but for some kids, it totally is. If your little one acts like socks are made of sandpaper or lava, you’re not alone. Sensory issues can turn small tasks into daily battles. Those seams, itchy fabrics, and “wrong” heel placements can trigger real distress. Try This: Create a sensory-friendly sock bin. Let your child pick the pair they feel best in. Giving them control (and some cozy fabric) can turn the chaos down a notch.
